Please note
Before bringing in your appliance for repair, please keep the following in mind
- The repair may take longer than originally estimated.
- The final repair cost may differ from the initial estimate.
- If a customer decides not to proceed with the repair, the company reserves the right to retain the appliance to cover costs, unless a diagnostic fee of €25 is paid.
- Once the repair is complete or the customer has been notified of the cost, they are required to collect the appliance within 10 (ten) days. Failure to do so means the appliance becomes the property of the company (prior arrangements can be made if collection within the deadline is not possible). Not answering phone calls or other contact attempts does not release the customer from this obligation.
- The company reserves the right to charge a diagnostic fee of €25 upfront.
